We want you to love your SendAFriend fashion pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items have original tags attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
